After your order is confirmed, Harana Cebu will send you the payment details via email. Only entertain emails from info@haranacebu.com.  We don’t use personal emails in transacting business.

We will make sure to inform you if this occurs. However, all purchases made are nonrefundable.

We will contact the recipient and still try to make sure the item is delivered at a later date or time provided that the item ordered is non-perishable.
However, the Harana service will be forfeited.
